This vintage sparkling Blanc de Noir (a white wine made from black grapes), is made entirely from Pinot Meunier grapes grown in the Piccadilly Valley at the top of the Adelaide Hills.

Refreshing juicy red fruit flavours are complemented by brioche, hints of vanilla spice, and a seamless length of persistent and complex flavours. A soft creamy texture and refreshing mineral acidity lend a lingering and crisp finish in the Extra Brut (extra dry) style.

This sparkling has been aged for six years on lees to build texture and structure to produce a complex vintage sparkling wine.

Appearance: Brilliant, mid-straw tinged with green, plus a fine & persistent effervescence.

Aroma: Attractive red apple and tart cherry fruits, overlaid with creamy brioche yeast and hints of spice and vanilla.

12.2% v/v Alcohol
Picking date: February 22nd, 2016
Bottling date: December 22nd, 2016 and aged on lees for 70 months. The lees were removed from the bottle on October 6th, 2022.
